5.1 The Service may be accessed through approved channels including USSD, SMS shortcode, mobile site, application interface, self-care portal, or any other method approved by Edu Gaming Service and relevant Telecommunication Partner.

6.1 Where the Service is offered on a recurring basis, the participant expressly authorizes recurring billing at the frequency disclosed at the point of subscription.
6.2 Recurring billing may occur daily, weekly, or at such other interval as may be published for the relevant product variant.
6.3 Each successful recurring charge may generate one or more valid entries in accordance with the applicable product rules.
6.4 Where the participant has insufficient airtime or billing capacity, the billing attempt may fail and no entry shall be issued for that billing cycle unless and until successful billing occurs.
6.5 Edu Gaming Service may, where permitted by applicable law and telecom rules, make subsequent attempts to process recurring billing following an initial failed attempt.
6.6 No entry shall be valid unless the applicable charge has been successfully processed and a corresponding Ticket ID has been generated in Edu Gaming Service records.
